New and returning staff members face tough challenges, and one top employee is awarded a $30,000 bonus.

Vanderpump House was ordered to series by Hulu in June 2023, at a time when Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules was at the height of its popularity. The series aired in the wake of the shocking #Scandoval scandal, reaching its highest ratings to date. The Hulu series follows the employees of Lisa Vanderpump’s various luxury estates across Europe, harking back to the beginnings of Vanderpump Rules to focus on the employees of their Los Angeles-based company.

In addition to former Vanderpump Rules host Stassi Schroeder, Vanderpump Villa Season 2 features other guests, including a former NFL player and alums of the MTV series The Challenge, as well as the cast of Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives for a crossover episode.

Vanderpump Season 2, Villa, takes place in a 12th-century castle in Italy called Castello Rosato, as the show moved from the Château Saint-Joseph in Mazerolle-du-Lazes in the south of France, where the first season was filmed.

Vanderpump is an executive producer on Vanderpump Villa and produces the series through her production company Villa Rosa. Banijay America's Bunim/Murray Productions is producing the series.
