Blueberry Walnut Chocolate Caramel Brownie Overnight Oats
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. / 30 g dry rolled oats
- scoop Chocolate Caramel Brownie Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
- Tbsp. chia seeds
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Tbsp. chopped unsalted walnuts, toasted
Add oats, Shakeology, chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond milk to a 16-fl.-oz. (480-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir to combine. Seal lid; refrigerate for 1 hour, or up to overnight.
When ready to eat, top with blueberries and walnuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat; enjoy within 24 hours.
