Cardi B Tries

In the first episode (which we are a bit late on) Cardi B took some dance classes, African dance classes to be precise.

She wore a headwrap as well as a waist wrap over black spandex styled by US based print fanatics ‘AllThingsAnkara’, with earrings by Trufacebygrace, and was learning wine and grind to hard hitting African drum beats.

Cardi B Gets Africanized

The video below is not the first time the rap star has stepped into African fashion. In fact rocking African fashion was her thing during her 2019 visit to Africa, Ghana and Nigeria to be specific.

And when she wore kente the time she swerved the Ghanaian celebrities.

All in all, the Dominican beauty born in New York USA, prides herself on being black and in some discussions African.

Dancing The Dunun

Cardi tried ballet as well as the Dunun dance. The Dunun dance, also known as the Dundun dance, is a West-African dance combining stick drumming and dance.

The I Like It hitmaker is seen wearing an African print wrapper tied around her waist with matching head gear.

Cardi B, who recently scooped Billboard’s Woman of the Year award, loved the African outfit she wore and said it felt like it was the one for her.
